What must I transform? (Continued)
Self-Investigation addresses the direct cause of suffering.
It is defined as accessing the root cause of affliction in order to fulfill worthy purposes and attain God Identification.
The nine stages outline a disciplined psychological method: concentration, tracing origin, entering the memory-impression, witnessing, reviewing, discerning truth from false belief, retaining insight, exiting, and repeating with non-attachment.
This is not analysis for curiosity’s sake. It is purification of memory and belief.
The contemplative instructions—identify negative states, reflect, affirm uplifting qualities—translate insight into behavioral transformation.
